Day 18! Raw ice cream! All you need is an optimum blender and frozen bananas! I always add superfoods to Issys! Today we have bananas, blueberries, superfood for kids C berry blast, calcium green and cashew butter! Blended until completely smooth! I might have melted loving earths chocolate coconut butter on top of mine he he he! Day 11! Raw dinner… This is one of my favourite raw meals! Raw tacos:) the meat is 2 cups of walnut, 1 1/2 teaspoons of cumin, 1 teaspoon of ground coriander, 3 tablespoons of namu shoyu - processed in a food processor! Mum can’t wait to dig in! Have a great weekend everyone :).
I saved all my ingredients from the failed coconut slice to make a new slice! I added walnuts and almond butter and made my own chocolate topping using my recipe for chocolate here —> it’s still rich in coconut but I can’t handle throwing out expensive ingredients. Weekly fresh fruit and veggie shop. * one box of coconuts * one box of bananas * 3 corn * 2 broccoli * 3 red peppers * 1 cabbage * 7 cucumbers * 2 punnet of strawberries * bag of grapes * 2 kg carrot * tomatoes * 3 cos lettuce ( my favourite ) * 3 bags of mixed salad leaves * 2 bags of spinach * 2 coriander * 1 celery ! And we might do some top ups along the way! We get our vegies from @casurina farm here on the surfcoast ! Amazingly fresh organic and biodynamic fruits and veggies only!
