Issys breakfast! She is having a bowl of Forage cereal! I grabbed a pack when we were moving! It’s not raw but it’s a fabulous option for breakfast Issy has had two bowls and she’s still going! ( breakfast is Issy’s biggest meal) It has puffed millet, puffed aramath, puffed buckwheat, puffed quinoa, pumpkin seeds, almonds, sunflower and dried cranberries, topped with sunflower seed milk! We have been so busy moving that I haven’t had the chance to even make us raw bread for lunches so I thought I would share a photo of how we balance non raw options with raw options for Issy! Today were off to Steiner school and I have made a wrap ( organic) for Issy with raw cheese, hemp seeds and grated carrot! So it may not be 100% raw but it’s still full of goodness! #rawfoodmum
Lunch time! My lunch time meals these days seem to be Acai smoothies! I crave them daily at the moment, they are so yummy! I make mine with banana, coconut water, mixed berries and I’m also trying out @nutraorganics new range of raw protein powders, today I had the Coconut Choc one (everything we sell at the store I try it we already use) they are pretty yummy so far, so I think I will be stocking them soon #acai #rawlunch #rawfoodmum
